As the title states I am looking for feedback on how to make my resin infusion better.  How can I do better?
I noticed I may wan the peel ply to extend further than the infusion mesh for easier removal.

After the infusion there were some parts that stuck to the PVA instead of the carbon.

The actual part I am working with is a home-made design for a 1/10 scale RC body.  It is certainly much more complex than a surface of a mirror.  I decided to order chemical mold sealer and release made by frekote / locktite.  I suspect this will solve the release issues, and slowing the resin feed will help with the dry spots on the part.
Here is 2 images of the mold made of gelcoat and fiberglass.  I did a test layup of the carbon and had to use 3m super 77 spray adhesive to keep the carbon in place due to all the complex curves.  The PVA lifted off the mold almost immediately when adjusting the composite placement.  This was when I pulled the trigger on the chemical mold release purchase.

Hi, sorry for my late reply. That’s not what I would call a complex shape.
For a inexperienced person I would suggest to use the MTI hose around the perimeter (before someone says I want to make business here I would send that for free) and infuse from center spot.
Using flow mesh until 30mm before the MTI hose.
Make sure vacuum is below 10mbar abs and pressure drop is not more than 1mbar/min.
