Ok.
Easy-Lease on a new or polished and well cleaned mould...
Wet out a lint free solvent wipe with easy-leas and apply to the tool surface, allow about 30 seconds for the product to start to pool and then with a new clean lint free wipe and hard even pressure you even out the excess, then with a clean microfiber cloth you gently wipe of any residual from the tool. Allow 15 min and repeat the process another 3 times, 4 applications in total. Allow the last application to cure for one hour.
The Easy-lease/wax combo is only recomended when you go from master parts to moulds. From moulds to new parts, provided that your molulds are compatable with the resins you want to use, then only easy-lease would be needed.
If you use GC50 you will need a polyester mould or a uni-mould...
