currently im skinning a spoiler made from plastic.it is standart OEM type spoiler(honda eg)

1------------my problem is,after im done skinning and ready to clear coat, when i put the item directly below the sun(afternoon).the carbon fiber skin suddently pop out and u can just tear the whole thing apart
n for info,i already make the spoiler to bare plastc, and sanded it with 80 using sander machine (DA),using epoxy resin
my step for making that is stated below
1.sanded 80 until bare plactic,wash with soap/degreaser solvent
2.apply the resin until it become tacky
3.lay the cf matt
4.start to put resin(4 times)
5.n suddently,POP

2-----------is that any other method to make the resin really bond with plastic?i assume it was ABS type

3-----------can i use polyester resin as first coat before put the cf matt and start using epoxy on top of the matt after that

4-----------can i skinning without strip the paint?this is front bonnet
