OK, the plug is ready for the mould to be cast.
Have decided to do this in four quarters, with temporary baffles and filleting wax.
Best release agent to ensure clean break?

Hi all
Almost ready to start laying up the mould on my plug, but wanted to know what the best combination of release agent(s) would be.
Easylease, wax or PVA, or a combination of any of these?
The plug measures 4400mm long and 600mm wide, and 250mm deep (with a 2 degree draw on the mould).
It is basically flat, with a taper to one end on all faces.
The plug is coated in cast acrylic, and will be polished to as good a finish as I can get...
Any advice gratefully received

Have done any test to be sure of moulding from acrylic material?

I have made small moulds off cast acrylic before, with no problems
