I am doing some minor repairs on my mould. I wanted to know in what ratios the MW wax is added to the Gelcoat. For example, how much of the wax is added to 100gms of gelcoat?
Additionally, when calculating how much MEKP to use, do I factor in the new weight of the gelcoat+ wax?

Thanks.

First of all, we always recommend ignoring the solution mw when calculating the catalyst ratio.  You are only catalysing the actual gelcoat or resin, not the additives.

Typically you use Solution MW at around 2% by weight.
