Going to make some 4mm thick kind of complicated carbon pieces using the eb700 and press together to get nice surface on both sides. Wich prepreg is best suited for this? X110 or x130?

If you are using the EB700 epoxy tooling block then I would stick with the XC110. The XC130 is designed for autoclave use or press use with similar pressures. The EB700 tooling block is not designed....
