or what do you recommend to use to repair blemishes or small imperfection inside of a mold for carbon fiber infusion? 
i am finally getting around to make my first mold, for a 1965 Chevelle SS hood, and want to get the carbon fiber meterials coming so that they will be here by the time I am done with the mold,I have pretty much figured what all I need ecept for what I can use to repair the small blemishes inside of the mold, I am sure there will be some

If it is for a one off automotive part, which i would clear coat anyway, then i would just use some fileting wax to fill in very small blemishes.
If you want something more durable then it would help if you could share what tooling gel coat you used. But if it is an epoxy based you should be good without additives.

I brought the uni-mould making kit< I suspect it would be the tooling gelcoat that would be repairing, Thank You...

Yeah in that case you need the additive so the gel coat properly cures when in contact with air, as it is vinylester based. You can get it from easycomposites:
