on video on how to make a carbon fiber hood bonnet after he made the mold and fixing the miner imperfections he stated tu fill them in with gelcoat and wax additive so it doesn't stay sticky curing in open air, what is this wax additive , and mixing ratio?

Or you just cover it with a small strip of tape, or bagging film. This way it cures hard, because it isn't exposed to air. And with a little feeling, you can use less resin, and make the repair almost flat with the tool surface, to make sanding a little quicker.
