I have been tasked with making products out of the mould in the attached picture, the mold is sprayed with gelcoat after which it is clamped together before the gelcoat has gelled. It is then placed in front of a fan to blow the styrene out and help with the gelling. The issue I am having is when it comes time to demould the product as it's not sliding off the center shaft. The mould is filled with a resin mix at 30% resin 70% calcium carbonate and a 2% catalyst rate.
Mould prep is, outer mould is waxed with rexco paste wax and the inner mould with TR-920. Any help with this issue is greatly appreciated as I'm about ready to tell my boss to find someone else to do it.

Looks like it will mechanically lock on the bottom curve of the front of the inner mould which could be causing the issues you are having.
