Demoulding Issues

I have been tasked with making products out of the mould in the attached picture, the mold is sprayed with gelcoat after which it is clamped together before the gelcoat has gelled. It is then placed in front of a fan to blow the styrene out and help with the gelling. The issue I am having is when it comes time to demould the product as it's not sliding off the center shaft. The mould is filled with a resin mix at 30% resin 70% calcium carbonate and a 2% catalyst rate.
Mould prep is, outer mould is waxed with rexco paste wax and the inner mould with TR-920. Any help with this issue is greatly appreciated as I'm about ready to tell my boss to find someone else to do it.

Issue has been solved was a process problem not a mould problem. The person I took over from was taking the outer mould off first then trying to bash out the inner, which what I was doing as well.  What I did today was leaving the outer mould on and using wedges between the flanges of the 2 parts to pry them apart.
