Think Fgayford is right,
Test some stuff out to be sure... Pure vinegar is good to clean epoxy, Acetone worked well as on a polyestermould of mine...
I had some uncured epoxy gelcoat sticking on the polyester mould and then used acetone and some sandpaper to clean the mould...
Had to pollish the mould again after that was done.
Normaly silicone is good against chemicals and so on but like Fgayford said, test some stuff out on leftovers you have
Let us know how you did it and what you tried, curious about this one

Hello
The way to tell is test another piece of silicone rubber. Perhaps a spot on the outside of the mold. Put some uncured material on it and try to remove it with acetone and see what happens. Try lacquer thinner or vinegar or primewash or whatever else you have until you find something that works without damaging your mold.
Hope this helps.

I've seen the two posts about cleaning equipment with acetone, can you tell me if I can also use it to clean my RTV silicone moulds that I've cast using your products?
The reason I ask is I've recently had a casting fail in that it didn't harden properly so there is partially hardened polyurethane resin on some areas of the moulds and I want to clean them up to use again.
