Normally we would recommend leaving a sealing coat for the full 24 hours then sanding prior to the next pour. In theory you could leave it the 10 -14 hours before it becomes firm but tacky then re-pour straight away. However in practice, this is not always very practical especially in a room as you may need access to the far side to do the pour and help spread the resin before moving back towards the door way.
