How long approximately do you have to leave Glass Cast 3 base coat (sealer) on wooden floor boards before you can apply final top pour? and does the base coat require sanding before applying top coat?

Normally we would recommend leaving a sealing coat for the full 24 hours then sanding prior to the next pour.  In theory you could leave it the 10 -14 hours before it becomes firm but tacky then re-pour straight away.  However in practice, this is not always very practical especially in a room as you may need access to the far side to do the pour and help spread the resin before moving back towards the door way.
