You can do it that way or do it corner to corner to make the resin flow a bit more practical. Sometimes the resin doesn't flow in a straight line.

Welcome to the forum.  Infusion is all about following the process to the letter and not moving on to the next stage until you are ready.  The biggest difficulty is making sure your fabric is properly in the mould to avoid bridging and making sure you have a leak free bag.  If you can get those two right then chances are the parts will come out very good.

Hi, although I've been messing around with fibre glass for years (mainly big bodykit back in the 90s) I've never actuly applied any specific measures or consistency to my resin mix. I' looking to make a few carbon fibre interior parts for my car. This will involve making moulds and eventually infusing the new parts. If I can achieve a finish even half as good as your you tube video on the bonnet I'll be happy with that. I just hope it' as easy as you guys make it look lol.
