hi,
i am trying to attach hinges to carbon composite for Double Cantilever Beam specimen using adhesive. lot of them are failing. Please suggest any alternate ways

You could consider using a methacrylate adhesive like Plexus. I find these work really well for metal to composite bonding.

Hi Suman, As Fasta suggests, a Methacrylate will give you a better bond as unlike an epoxy or polyurethane adhesive, a Methacrylate has an etching property and as such really bites into the bonding....
