Good work so far..
The subframe would be my only worry. I made a one piece fuel tank and monocoque seat unit for an Aprilia RS250. It is very strong but not sure about shock loads from impacts being sustainable. I would look at making it overkill and adding a core to add some extra stiffness and possibly get a simple alloy subframe made to embed into the part when you make it. It will have a hard life and as you only have limited experience with composites there is a temptation to make it too light you should look at ways of making sure it will be strong enough.
