Methacrylates such as the Easy Composites' VM100B Black 10minute Methacrylate have slight etching properties so give great bond characteristics between metals and composites. You still need to key the mating surfaces to give a mechanical bond between the parts and the adhesive but also ensure that you wipe down the areas with acetone to remove any traces of release agent or other contaminants that might otherwise affect the bond but generally speaking, methacrylates will give a great bond.
