To my eye, this could be done as two complete halves (inside & Outside) using infusion .. You would have to cut out the window part of each door "skin" Then trim and bond the halves together.
It does not look at all complicated to me -- The 2CV "stamped" metal doors are VERY simple shapes ..
The window-area that needs to be cut out could be laid up with cheap glass-fibre cloth, just as "sacrificial infusion facilitator" or the mould made with a glass-plate, and the cut out CF "sheet" used as flat CF sheet for other purposes ..
A Carbon 2CV would certainly be a sight to see .. and very light weight
We have a few completely galvanized 2CV's driving around in our area .. A "CF 2 CV" would certainly outshine them ..
