I'm looking to pour foam into a cavity that has roughly the shape I need. Can I use PVA over the cavity surface so that I can pop the cured urethane out without destroying the cavity surfaces?

Can I just jump in OP ? ....... as what you're doing sounds like what I'm about to do.
Would you use mould release in the mould before the PVA ?

I was just planning on coating the Cavity(mould) with PVA to keep things simple.
