Hi
Im considering buying a water sander, to easen most of the tiresome sanding needed.
But after looking at many guides and how to's i realise that no one is using this, they sand by hand.
Are there any reason for this?
I've read something about the resin getting to hot, but if you are carefull with this, are there any other issues?

Also does anyone have any recommendations on any tools?

If it helps you decide, I have a 6" and a 2" DA sander which I use loads.  Ultimately if I want a nice finish I sand by hand after using the DA to do the donkey work.  You need to watch for rippling in the finish if you use a sander I've found but if you take care they can be a real labour saver.
