Easy Lease has shelf life of 12 months so it is possible you are getting to the end of its life. However, usually what causes more problems is absorption of water. Most chemical release agents, including Easy Lease, are hydroscopic and if the bottle isnt perfectly sealed, then the release agent could be damaged by absorption of moisture. In your case you could have a combination of the two factors.
I would suggest a fresh batch for peace of mind. Easy Lease works fine for use with pre-pregs both in and out of autoclave.
Unimould is designed to be used upto 90C for Out of Autoclave pre-pregs, with an appropriate Postcure. It is not durable enough for use in an autoclave so I suspect that is why it is being damaged when you use it in a autoclave.
Print through can be caused by a number of reasons, however in this case I think it is due to the wrong mould material for the Autoclave use.
Commonly pre-pregs and aluminium are used for making autoclave suitable moulds. However they are not the cheapest materials to use and aluminium can be especially expensive as it needs to be machined by CNC in most cases.
