Hi! And thanks for your time

I have some questions about your produts:

-Is possible that the EASY LEASE RELEASE AGENT have lost part of itsrelease power? I have a 1L bottle, around one year old. I have spend about ahalf of the bottle. In my last uses I have noticed a greater difficulty todemould the parts. Is possible that the Easy Lease has aged?

-I’m trying to use prepregs in autoclave (90ºC and 2 Bar pressure).

-Will be the Easy Lease good for that application?

-Finally I’m testing prepregs in autoclave whit a composite mould madewith your Unimould system. When I demould the part (I have tested some prepregsand your prepregs (not the surface finish prepreg)) the mould becomes damaged. It has lost it’s brightness, I can see a print pattern made by the carbonfiber, and it’s not easy to demould. Then… Which will be the best material forconstructing a composite mould for using in autoclave? I have read some timesabout constructing a Prepreg carbon fiber moulds. Is it the best? Whichproducts of your shop do you recommend?

Thank you very much.

I always fit a large flat rubber washer in the cap of the Easylease container, it makes sure you have a 100% seal and extends the life of the contents.
