Your question is virtually impossible to answer, it's too open ended. You need to judge how much demand you have and how much stock you need to get those jobs done. Composites are tricky because you generally pay through your teeth until you start buying in bulk, so the larger quantities you can purchase the more profit you can make per unit. But obviously if you only have 3 parts to make, there's no point buying 100kg of resin and fabric.
