Hey guys,
This may seem simple, but I've been baffled and frustrated in how I should tackle the ends of my door sill.  Short of using an enormous amount of fillet wax, how should I go about flinging the ends?  These are the two ends.  The only way I see it working is if I slowly cut and glue little by little to go around the curved edges.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Have a look at what I posted in here: http://www.talkcomposites.com/12113/Need-advice-on-how-to-flange-this?Keywords=Flanging#bm12129

You can get a much nicer radius than I did on the edges if you're using the yellow filleting wax, just use a pop stick and it comes out close to perfect. But doing it piece by piece is quite easy, doesn't take as long as you would expect.
