Hallo ;-)

I am making Robot arms in composite and have until now Normal closed cell foam in 10 mm as core.
But my parts has shape as a tube and is made at one time, not to parts glued together, the part is a free form shape with many round shapes, so now I want to use a core material there is more easy to form and better for infusion.

Here is a link to se the parts http://youtu.be/8PXKaC6_uJY   The Black parts is Carbon but alittle dusty :-)

But what is best ?

A)

     Layer 1 : 600g Carbon

     Layer 2 : Soric SF 3mm

     Layer 3 : 600g Carbon

     Layer 4 : Soric SF 3mm

     Layer 5 : 600g Carbon

Or

B)

     Layer 1 : 600g Carbon

     Layer 2 : 600g Carbon

     Layer 3 : 3D CORE PET 10mm

     Layer 4 : 600g Carbon

     Layer 5 : 600g Carbon
