Group: Forum Members Posts: 3, Visits: 6	Hi all, I am looking for someone who have experience in mold making for a carbon fibre wing. As you see in the picture below. I know that you should make 2 negative molds that splits the wing airfoil at the cordline, (splits the wing in 2 sides) but do you have to make the upper an lower side of the wing in 2 pieces? and after it glue it toghether? or is there a way to just make the wing in one part? Any advice? thanks

Group: Forum Members Posts: 433, Visits: 1.2K	George Sychrovsky (21/06/2014) If you build a wing for a real race car that produces real down force rather then just for the look you have to put in reinforcements like ribs spars and hard points for mounting. Go to Georges site and digest the whole site. he is a master of the art. I came across his site years ago and learned a great deal of tricks from him.
