You are only likely to have issues with conductivity if the casing of the laptop was live and the raw fibres were exposed.  Even with processes like infusion and pre-preg, there is still a very thin layer of resin between the carbon fibre and the surface.  This would likely be increased by a layer of laquer that is likely to be on furniture.

The "farraday cage" effect is unlikely to be significant on a flat table unless it directly obscures the path between the router and laptop, even then plenty of reflection should keep a signal plenty strong enough.

you will have to 2K spraypaint your wood and do some sanding and bring it to a high gloss to seal your wooden mould...
Btw extra question for the other guys reading this, I'm I the only one who wouldnt like to have his laptop on a carbonfiber stand/table,...
carbon fiber is conductive and could cause some problems no? also problems with Wifi, bluetooth and so on I've read somewhere before

i think the problem is that i don't speak very well english ! i will make one easy question ! in this video( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VodfQcrXpxc) the part from carbon fiber is the mould or the pattern?

Hi, the green item in the video is the mould, this is used to make the final part. A pattern is what you take your mould from. Hope that makes things clearer.

Don't know why your link bounced.

Pictures of the mould would greatly help avoid confusion.

first of all thank for help ! for some reason i can't see the picture that you sent me.i want to seal my mold , i want to create the right surface before i put carbon . my mold constructed on cnc !

Hi, not sure why the link doesn't work. The product is from Easy Composites and is on their website under Mould Making materials, it is the Epoxy Mould Making Kit.
A picture of the "mould" will help as I am still not sure if you are describing the "mould" or the "pattern". Either way if it has been CNC machined from wood then the grain will need sealing. Epoxy coating resin may be suitable but more information would help.

https://www.easycomposites.co.uk/epoxy-mould-making-starter-kit  This is the product used in the video.  Is it the pattern you want to seal or do you want to make a mould? You will have to seal and polish your wood pattern and then produce the mould from that. People sometimes get pattern and mould mixed up. The pattern is an exact replica of the part you want to make, a mould is taken from that to produce the part. A picture of what you are working on will help.
