Please bear in mind that I'm tight and dont like to spend money!

All my current moulds are polyester / CSM.  I double gel and then lay up quite a thick mould.  It polishes nicely and I've had no problems with deformation or pulling.  I am very meticulous with mould release!  My usual process is vac bagging but I'm thinking of going infusion.  I'm not expecting large numbers of pulls from the mould.  Is it worth paying the premium for unimould or should I continue with might tight-ass yorkshire approach?

i find it good, but only worth it on high value, dimension critical components that im going to postcure

i use east coast fibreglass tooling gel and either polyester resin or optimould for the majority of my parts and often post cure them at around 70 without a problem yet
