Hi,
I am making a resin river table where the river will be approximately 50mm deep.
I see your glasscast 50 resin is for 25mm deep as a maximum and wondered whether you can pour additional 25mm on the first 25mm pour when it reaches the B cure stage or whether this would be too much resin curing at the same time.
Is it best to pour a second 25mm pour on top of the first 25mm pour at the B cure stage, or is it best to sand the surface to key it and then pour the second 25mm pour?
Many thanks

Yes you can pour subsequent layers when the first layer has reached the B stage. At that point, the heat generated on the first layer should be dissipated enough to not have a significant effect on the second layer.
For ease of use, we would recommend trying to catch the B stage as less preparation is needed and you are less likely to see any line deviation between the layers.
