Scratch Resistance

Hi all,
How scratch resistant is the resin that comes with the skinning kit?
Plus the same question for the clear coat resin for tables?
With general use for a coffee table, will the resin scratch/ mark etc.?

Thanks in advance.

Same as above for the coffee table resin. These resins are quite hard for resins, but they are not as hard as a lot of items that they will come into contact with - which means scratches.

Also with a coffee table, often the bigger issue is people put a hot cup of coffee down on the surface. This is a big no no. Even a warm cup of coffee may cause issues - anything over about 50-60 degrees will mark the resin. Nothing can be done about this other than to use a coaster or protect the surface somehow.
