Yeh it takes a bit of getting used to when you normally work with carbon. It's strange for a twill to be stiff as a board and have absolutely 0 drape, and if you do pull any fibres then you end up with see-through patches, so it's tricky. Even the radiator duct and inner guards had a good degree of drape to them, and were much harder than they would have been with carbon.
Brian, sorry for the late reply, I missed your post. The binnacle definitely isn't one piece, it's actually 24 pieces.
