Well guys another newbie here have looked online but cant find an answer for this,
Basically when my carbon part has cured over 24 hrs i remove it from the mold and some of the face resin sticks to the mold and its ruining all my components i then spend ages reapplying more resin sanding and polishing the part which takes to long.

My mold is gel coat with fiberglass backing, PVA release agent, allowed to dry one hour and carbon cured at above room temp for 24 hours.
i waited 3 hours for the base coat of resin to tack before applying carbon layers, should this wait be longer?
i give it a quick blast of a heat gun to remove air bubbles in the base coat before curing but when i fully cure air bubbles remain,
Please help!!

Thank you
