Not easy to tell from the pictures but from what I can see you are looking at a split mould. You have to be sure that you can remove the part from the mould once it has cured. If there are any returns/ undercuts in the original they can cause mechanical lock between the part and the mould. You need to carefully go round the part and identify any areas that will cause release issues. The other thing to remember is that those types of lip spoilers are usually VERY flexible when off the car. You need to make sure it is still the correct shape before moulding otherwise the new part may not fit properly. A CF part won't have the same flex as the original.
