Hi Gearhead,

Good question. To be honest I didn't realise that the High Temp Basecoat wasn't listed on Easy Composites as well. At first we didn't list any of the specialist 'skinning' resins on Easy Composites because it was thought that the skinning process was more relevent to our Carbon Mods customers but since then we've understood that lots of customers cross over and want to single source. I'll get the HT basecoat added to Easy Composites in the next day or so.

All the best, Matt

Why does the "EasyComposites" site offer High Temp Epoxy Resin but not High Temp Basecoat (as found on your sister company "CarbonMods" site)?  Is the regular Basecoat adequate for high temp applications?

I intend to place a carbon order to do a pair of motorcycle exhaust cans and would prefer to buy from a one supplier.

Please advise.
