Hi I ordered VI Starter kit.

My Vaccum pump is working but It looks little bit out of order

It pulls vaccum until 90% well. but when it comes to 90% and about 5seconds later,  It's noise nevel is much louder. and it can't proceed more than 90%

I hope vaccum gage is not accurate.. but noise sounds out of order. The sealing is perfect (I onlt test with the catch pot and when I turn off the turn valve, there is no leak)

and when I turn off the vaccum pump without turn valve off, the air leaks from the vaccum pump quite fast. is it OK?

With the pump running and connected to your catch pot turn your pump valve from the closed to open position, if the noise level increases you have an air leak. Have you filled the pump with oil to the correct level ?

even if the turn valve is off(Close), noise level increase. The oil is in proper level

I guess air leak is in the pump..

unscrew the connector & valve from the pump, clean the threads and put back together with PTFE tape around the threads (plumbers tape) as this will help seal (or elimate this as an issue)
