Hi Guys,

My name is Patrick, I'm 27 years old, from Graz/Austria and I've a degree in automotive engineering from the UAS Graz.

Worked with carbon during my Formula Student time, maybe some know my old team: joanneum racing Graz aka the weasels Wink Also did many carbon fibre work, but mainly with Prepregs. Helped on the monocoque and I've done our one piece carbon wheels Smile

I'm a car nut since ever, my biggest hobby is going sideways with cars. Therefore I've owned/drove several BMW's E36 from 325i to V8 swapps, Nissan S Chassis, owned several Mazda RX7's and so on.

I'm currently trying to build the "ultimate" RX7 with a good friend of mine. "ultimate" in sense of: what you can achieve without big $$$ Sponsors.

Here is the rough setup:

13B REW engine with GT35 1.06A/R turbo -> custom fitted 61.5mm billet inducer wheel -> car should be good for 550rwhp

front and rear cut chassis, so the car will basically be a "half" tubeframe, fully caged, AP racing air jacks, AP racing brakes, Tein suspension, uniballs everywhere (but with stock suspension geometries)

Engine Management is done via Haltech P2000, several Haltech goodies (I/O Boxes, EGT boxes...), selfmade millspec harness etc.

And what's missing? exactly -> the carbon body Wink We want to do all body pannels in carbon via infusion. Never really worked with infusion, so be ready to be asked some questions. Smile

Best regards

Patrick
