Dear Sir,im from Vietnam

im going to skin Kia Forte's gear bumper as the pho to ,it have the difficult shape,

pls advice me the process for this type of bumper

(first i plan to skin 01 big CF cloth for the flat surface,the i 5 small piece CF cloth for bending surface,but my customer woory about he look after finish because of the jiont) )

I would do it exactly as you have described.

I would recommend you use our ProFinishCarbon Fibre 2/2 Twill as the fabric will enable you to make neat cut lines that when carefully aligned on the part will mean the joins will be hard to see.

yes,

thanks for your advise,i already have 05 m of profinish of CF from easycomposite,and waiting for the resin( it take long time).
and i will convince my customer,i hope can get oder,

profinish CF cloth is the good choice for skinning,it help alot for skinning job and it keep the cloth from distortion ( the customer don't like it)
