Layers for a car splitter

Group: Forum Members Posts: 10, Visits: 114	Hello, to make a large, super rigid, car splitter - how would you recommend the build? I'm thinking: 200 g top carbon 2 x 650 g carbon 5 mm core 2 x 650 g carbon 200 g bottom aramid And then vacuum bag it. Is this overkill? Thanks!

reduce it down to 1 layer of 650 either side. That will be massively stiff.
