Well not quite a full leg but one of my customers (and a good friend) had a problem with his plastic lower leg support so asked i could help him out. The result is an over engineered component with three layers of 450g carbon and one layer of Kevlar , it still weighs less than the part its replacing and is strong enough to be used on a baby elephant All materials from EC . Please take note, making items like the one below must be done so with extreme caution and doing so without the correct knowledge/liability insurance etc could leave you open to litigation should it fail and cause injury. I am doing this as a request from a friend and will not be making the part on a commercial basis .
