Unfortunately there's no scale, but the parts look rather small... if they are 4-6 " /10- 15 cm size ... i would go for the EC  small mould making kit with the grey putty ... I have used that a lot to do smallish parts. very easy to work with..

You might want to fill the small holes in the parts with wax or plasticine, and drill and Dremel them out afterwards.

I normally just fill that sort of holes partly, so that they come out as very shallow depressions in the CF part. That way they are easy to cut out afterwards.

Te surface of those things look a little rough or textured, you may want to cover that some way to get a smooth mould surface.

I have used tape, clingfilm and wax or that on my projects..
