I know this question been covered many times but i just wanna make sure before i spend some money i spend it on the right equipment. Ive been playing with fiberglass and making mould for a while now and wanna jump into making cf parts, im planning on making small to medium cf parts mostly car parts,im planning on doing both vacuum bagging and resin infusion processes at the beginning. From what ive heard and read those pump seems to be really popular, any of you have experience with those and could recommend me the best one ?

snap on/blue point Rotary Vane, Deep, 6.0 CFM pump

or  Yellow Jacket 93580 8.0 CFM SuperEvac Pump 8 cfm; 115v, 60 Hz Single Phase

also heard that the Robin Air 15600 Vacuum Pump is very good too...

for the resin trap i was thinking about the one from fiberglasssupply.com not too sure if i should go with the 2.3 quart or 1.7 gallon for my application...any recommendation ?

for all the fitting/plumbing i am clueless what i need and how long, if someone could help me out or send me a good article/link i dont mind reading and doing more research... i would really appreciate it

ill be buying some air tools for the trimming  if you have anything in mind you think ill need just let me know.

Im planning to start on making flat parts and some cf overlay/wrapping and evolve from that !

anyway hope you guys can help me out ! cheers

stephan !
