Hey everyone!

I need some help and hope you guys can give it to me

I make reptile products (water bowls, hides, etc.) and currently paint and varnish them however I am thinking there must be a better way of doing it with some of the coating products available? Resins possibly?

The base of the products are mostly polystyrene which is then covered in grout to make it hard and then painted and varnished. Can anyone think of a better way of doing this?
