My aluminum bracket sleeve has totally delaminated from the frame
I have removed it. The repair seems straightforward: acetone to clean the
areas but I'm not sure what kind of structural adhesive to use? Rigid or
semi flexible? Obviously this area comes under a lot of nechanical stress
Thanks for any advice!!!

Its the bottom bracket area, where the cranks and spindle thread in.
It's likely the most mechanically stressed area of the frame. The frame
is out of warranty.

Ideally with bike frames we recommend for safety you get a profesional to look at it but if you want to go ahead and try the repair yourself then there is no reason why it cannot work, you just need to be aware of the dangers if it goes wrong!
In terms of structural adhesives, for bonding between carbon fibre and aluminium, in your case i would recommend our
ET515Semi Flexible 15min Epoxy Adhesive
as it works very well under shock and vibration.
You will need to ensure both surfaces are clean and free of debris and with a good rough key on them to aid the mechanical bond between the two parts.
If there is any doubt about weakness of the carbon itself then you may need to consider adding extra reinforcement around that part of the frame.
