Awesome work. And that's the way a mold ought to be done. I use carbon for molding too

I just cured it overnight at 90C in works oven!

The mould is a carbon/glass/soric mould using epoxy resin and epoxy tooling gel coat.

yes Warren where you baked? what temperature? where got owen?

The part shouldnt be put to oven in vacuum bag just after infusion process ?

Warren do you have some information on the curing cycle mould and part? hours and temperatures?

Remade in pre-preg.

Had to post cure the mould to ensure it would work at the required temperature.

The layup is slightly different with the fabric being cut into three sections so there can be a little movement in the tight corners allowing the fabric to fill the space so no bridging.

Needs slots cutting out, edges tidying and a polish and its done!
