sorry, the same goes for this one also, I've bought almost everything when I was facing problem with pinholes, even with this primer didn't have any luck, I had to spray it really thick in order to fill them causing wrinkles and lot of sanding later, also It seemed to darken the part. let me know how it goes for you

BascoPrime, not BascoFill. It's a clear primer
Mine is due to arrive this week. Very expensive.

I've already used this basco filler and I'm not happy with it. It's like a black paste that fills the pinholes which suppose to harden and make your life easy with clear coat. most of the times it didn't dissapear the pinhole and when it did it left an angly black dot under the surface of the clear coat. Don't know if I did sth wrong but how hard would it be to apply it???Blink

The ONLY way you will have a UV stable finish is with either a clear coat or by using a Polyester or Vinylester based resin for your parts.. You will not get a UV stable epoxy.

I don,t think Vinylester will stand up to UV and I am sure polyester will not. Just take a look at those cheap Chinese car hoods after a year in the sun!
The only thing that I know of is a good automotive clear that is made for this purpose.

No, I had mine delivered to a friend in Germany, he's gonna rewrap it and send it. I have searched everywhere for a clear primer, this is the only one.
