On a "smallish" mould like that I would just envelope bag it, much quicker and easier. Ok you use more bagging film but it is not hugely expensive.

I always wonder how to close the bag when you have almost sealed it and when it comes to seal the last centimeters.

Hi Jess
I never put the sealing tape on the flange and then apply the bag. The pleating makes me crazy its so hard. I lay the bagging sheet down flat on a table and then apply the sealing gum tape all the way around the perimeter of the bag. (leave the backing tape on)
I now flip it over on top of the mold and stick the corners down first. (peel off just enough backing tape to do this)
I now divide up the remaining spans with equally spaced pleats after removing the backing tape. You will NEVER go back to the other way once you have tried this method.
Fred
What I do is, I cut a piece bagging tape, quite long, almost as long as the remaining bag length, and I stick to the bag, then I put the bag on the bottom tape.
Any trick or good practrice guys ?
regards,
Jess
