Do I need to release at all?

Group: Forum Members Posts: 243, Visits: 1K	I have a part I've covered in aluminium tape, filleted using clay and the flange is also aluminium. Do I need to release this at all?

Even if the clay has been polished it will be porous and epoxy resin bonds really well to ally, not sure about polyester though. Better safe than sorry Regards Warren Carbon Copies Ltd
