Dew to tight budget I will be making some molds out of MDF, I don't have any spray equipment so I am going to seal with Shellac (which I know is the recommended alternative on here). I would like to know If there is and differences in the quality of brands that sell the Shellac? I had a look on ebay and there is lots of the pre mixed stuff on there. Youtube videos show solid shellac which you mix with alcohol.
Which would you recommend I use?
And another question, would I just use Easy-lease straight on top of a polished shellac surface or are there any other steps?
