Sorry, it's top secret ...
... just kidding! the outer part is made of a 2 parts mold with unimold resin and fiberglass. The inner cylinder have manufactured a silicone inflated with a tire valve. I can also compact by compression rather than vacuum at a maximum pressure of 4 bar, perhaps with a more oversized mold can put more pressure at the moment is enough because I make a short run of units. If you want I can take pictures to manufactured processes.

Quiet, apologized, is Spanish humor. I think the best way to cf tube is as I have made. But if I see a better way I'll be happy to try it. Today I make a tube, makes photos so you can see the process.
