HiGuys,

Pleasefind attached some details after my visit to you the other month for my archeryriser.

Iam having a slight issue with flexing / torsion twist. I have just ordered somecarbon – Twaron

Andsome Kevlar cloth hopefully this will work better butI need some tech help please in layup etc.

Iwould still like to achieve the same overall appearance that is to say the 3mmlines and 1mm yellow line.

It’svery possible

Iappreciate the help you gave me the other month and hope we can achieve asolution.

Pleasenote a have no special equipment and can only layup by hand at home.

TechnicalBit

Ifit helps the poundage of the bow is 55lbs the handle is 21” long with a 1 ¾rise / curve.

Thecut out is 28mm deep leaving 19mm material

Ihave just had a thought though I don’t really want to do this  as itbuggers up the aesthetics but.

IfI was to put say 2 or 3 layers of 200g carbon weave on the window and shelfface flat bit arrow rest on of the handle – cut-out area

Wouldthis add substantially to the stability issue I have might save this handle. But if we can work a way without doing this on the Mk2 ?
